**Position**:

- Jr. Accounts Executive

**Job Title: Jr.**Accounts Executive

**Location**: Mulund, Mumbai

**Job Type**: - Full Time

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by posting entries to the general ledger and reconciling accounts.
- **Invoicing**: Assist in generating invoices, processing payments, and maintaining records of all transactions.
- **Reconciliations**: Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- **Accounts Payable/Receivable**: Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including verification, coding, and processing.
- **Reporting**: Support the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- **Compliance**: Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial regulations.
- **Support Audits**: Help prepare for audits by gathering and organizing financial data as requested.
- **Other Tasks**: Provide support to the accounting team as required, including filing, documentation, and data entry.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred).

**Skills**
- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Advance Excel & MS Excel and financial analysis.
