**Job Title**: Accounts Executive

**Salary Range**: Rs15,000 to Rs.25,000 per month (Based on the Interview)

**Education**: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance)
- Accurately record and maintain daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
- Ensure all entries are up-to-date and reflect the true state of the company’s finances.
- Utilize Prime accounting software for recording transactions and generating financial reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding invoicing, payments, and account queries.
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and financial reviews.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in Accounts departments.
- Strong proficiency in Prime accounting software.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
