We're Hiring **Accounts Executive**for a Manufacturing Company -Only Female

Experience: 2- 3 Experience in the accounts domain (preferably from Manufacturing Co.)

Qualification : HSC /B.Com

Shift Timing : 9.30 -6.30

Location : Mulund / Thane

Working Days: Monday -Saturday

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform daily accounting tasks such as ledger entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations
- Manage stock List & co-ordinate with dispatch team
- Ensure that all invoices are accurately processed, verified, and posted into the system
- Handle payment processing and follow-up with vendors and customers to ensure timely payment and

collections
- Ensure compliance with TDS and GST regulations and check calculations on the invoices
- Generate and maintain various financial reports and statements as required by management
- Audit financial documents to ensure they are accurate and maintain confidentiality of the financial data
- Maintaining invoice records and ensure proper and timely filing and documentation
- Maintain accurate petty cash records
- Manage all accounting transactions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (required)
- Accounts payable ,Accounts Receivable: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

License/Certification:

- Tally (required)
