**Position**:

- Accounts & Finance Executive

**Job Title**:Accounts & Finance Executive

**Location**: Mulund, Mumbai

**Job Type**: - Full Time

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Management**
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.

**Financial Reporting**
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.

**Taxation and Compliance**
- Assist in tax planning and filing of returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with auditors for statutory audits and prepare necessary documentation.

**Internal Controls**
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and controls.
- Assist in maintaining records for audits and manage internal checks.

**Vendor and Client Management**
- Coordinate with vendors and customers for timely payment and billing cycles.
- Handle vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

**Other Duties**
- Support the finance team in various ad-hoc projects.
- Provide administrative support in day-to-day operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred).

**Skills**
- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial analysis.
