**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Account Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and B2B clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to guide strategic decisions.
- **Promotions & Product Launches**:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during new product launches.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data to optimize account strategies and improve ROI.
- **Trade Marketing & Merchandising**:
- Ensure proper product visibility and brand representation in retail outlets.
- Liaise with merchandising teams to implement visual merchandising standards.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales/account management in the cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience working with modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of current beauty trends and consumer behavior.
- Understanding of branding and positioning in the cosmetics industry.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
