**JOB BRIEF**

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Packers & Movers Company. This role involves managing the logistics, ensuring efficient and safe handling of customer goods, and optimizing operational processes. The Operations Manager will lead a team to deliver high-quality service while maintaining cost efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITY (PAN India basis)**

1. Develop and implement detailed moving plans for Corporate and Individuals clients.

2. Coordinate with staff and other resources (vehicles, equipment manpower etc.) to ensure smooth operations for each move.

3. Oversee & manage daily operation & monitor performance of packing crews.

4. Throughout the relocations process resolve any kind of issue raised by the clients or corporate.

5. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to senior management. Also train & supervise operational staff.

6. Maintenance of Godown inventory & ensure the availability of packing materials and supplies. Along with ensure coordination with third party man power supplier.

7. Oversee & ensure that all relocations are conducted according to the packing industry standard. Implement quality control procedure to prevent the damage or loss.

8. After completion of job gather good feedback to improve the service.

9. Oversee and ensure that all company vehicles (trucks) remain operational throughout the month, and that loading and unloading continue without interruption.

**EDUCATION**

A. Minimum Education: Graduate in any discipline

B. Additional Education: Any relevant certifications in logistics or operations management are a plus.

**EXPERIENCE**

A. Minimum Experience 2 years

B. Minimum Experience: 2 Years in Corporate BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS

1. Proven experience in logistics, operations management, or a similar role.

2. Strong organizational and planning skills.

3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

4. Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.

5. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.

7. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

8. Having two wheelers is mandatory.
