**Salary Range**: ₹10000 - ₹22,000/month (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a dynamic, organized, and tech-savvy **Operations & Marketing Coordinator** to assist the Director in managing daily operations, marketing campaigns, and coordination across all brands.

Key Responsibilities

**1. Communication & Coordination**
- Maintain and update Google Forms, Sheets, and CRM records.
- Coordinate between different teams (Learn, Jobs, Education, Agro).

**2. Marketing Support**
- Create and post promotional content on WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms (Canva designs provided).
- Share updates, course details, and brochures to leads.
- Assist in executing WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

**3. Data & Reporting**
- Maintain lead and admission data in Google Sheets.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Track payments, invoices, and pending fees.

**4. Admin & Support Tasks**
- Schedule student counselling sessions or client meetings.
- Assist in organizing online sessions, webinars, and demo classes.
- Support documentation, filing, and communication follow-ups.

**Required Skills**:

- Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
- Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets, Drive, Docs)
- Canva or basic design tools (preferred)
- WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and social media handling
- Smart, organized, and quick learner Qualification
- Graduate (any stream) or pursuing graduation
- Experience in admin, counselling, or marketing coordination preferred
