**Position Overview**

We are hiring **Training & Operations Executives** to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality training solutions and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions (onsite, online, and virtual).
- Develop, refine, and manage training content and delivery processes.
- Administer and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS) for seamless operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency in training delivery.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: MBA/Graduate degree (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- **Preferred Experience**: 3-5 years in a relevant field, though prior experience in the education sector is not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms is essential.

**Must-Have Requirements**
- Ability to join immediately.
- Possession of a personal laptop with a stable Wi-Fi connection.
- Willingness to accept a fixed salary of up to ₹1.44 LPA.
- Residency in Navi Mumbai.
