Position Overview

We are hiring Training & HR Executives to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality training solutions and managing HR operations efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions (onsite, online, and virtual).
  • Develop, refine, and manage training content and delivery processes.
  • Oversee post-enrollment activities, including trainer assignments and candidate feedback.
  • Administer and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS) for seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency in training delivery.

HR Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employees' personal files and records, ensuring HR policies are communicated effectively.
  • Handle onboarding, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other documentation.
  • Track attendance, leave records, confirmations, appraisals, and increments of employees.
  • Process payroll, including salary calculations, reimbursements, and payslip generation.
  • Manage employee exits, including full and final settlements and exit interviews.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and internal references.
  • Conduct interviews in coordination with department heads.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: MBA/Bachelor's Degree (Freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Experience: 0–2 years in a relevant field (experience in training or HR preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms is essential.

  • Ability to join immediately.
  • Personal laptop with a stable Wi-Fi connection.
  • Willingness to accept a fixed salary of up to ₹1.20 LPA.
  • Residency in Navi Mumbai.
