We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Operations & Site Manager to oversee multiple security sites and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves managing on-ground activities, coordinating with site representatives, handling administrative work, and maintaining strong communication with associated offices or housing societies.

The ideal candidate will take charge of routine supervision, site inspections, billing coordination, and ensure that all commitments made by the agency are executed effectively. This is a field-based role that requires excellent organizational skills, accountability, and the ability to manage people and processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure that security guards are present, disciplined, and following duty schedules.
  • Manage daily operational activities, including attendance, reports, and deployment checks.
  • Handle billing, attendance records, and operational documentation for all assigned sites.
  • Serve as the primary contact for any communication or queries from housing societies, offices, or organizations where services are provided.
  • Maintain clear coordination between field staff and management for smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure all security equipment, registers, and uniforms are in proper condition at the sites.
  • Prepare and submit weekly operational updates to management.
  • Manage petty cash and travel expenses responsibly.
  • Identify and address any on-site challenges promptly, ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in field operations, supervision, or administration within the security or facility management sector.
  • Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email correspondence.
  • Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Excellent time management, discipline, and people-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability and ownership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
