**Key Responsibilities**:
**RERA Extension Management**: Lead initiatives for obtaining extensions under the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) guidelines, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to regulatory requirements.

**Correction Oversight**: Oversee the correction process for compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

**Project Closure Coordination**: Efficiently manage the closure of projects, ensuring all compliance aspects are thoroughly addressed and resolved in accordance with RERA guidelines.

**Team Leadership**: Guide and mentor, a team of compliance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

**Regulation**: Act as the primary point of contact for external regulatory bodies, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring the company is abreast of and compliant with all regulatory changes.

**Compliance Strategy Development**: Contribute to the development and implementation of compliance strategies and policies to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

**Risk Management**: Identify and assess compliance risks, implementing effective strategies to mitigate these risks.

**Reporting and Documentation**: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of compliance activities and maintain comprehensive documentation for audit and review purposes.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within the real estate sector.

Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a team.

Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
