We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Head to join our team You will be responsible to drive our business success by implementing a strong customer service. You and your team's main goal will be to support the customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:
**Lead Generation and Prospecting**: Identify potential buyers and investors for upcoming real estate projects through various channels such as cold calling, Digital Marketing, events, and networking.
- **Client Consultation**: Understand client requirements, present property options, provide detailed project information, and address customer queries regarding project specifications, pricing, and timelines.
- **Market Research**: updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to effectively present our projects and position them as the best choice.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, follow up on leads, and maintain regular communication throughout the pre sales phase.
- **Project Coordination**: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure all information provided to potential buyers is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on the progress of leads, inquiries, and customer feedback to management.
- **Event Management**: Assist in organizing pre-sales events, property exhibitions, and site visits to showcase upcoming projects to potential clients.
- **Sales Support**: Provide support to the sales team in closing deals once the pre-sales phase transitions into active sales.
