Experience: Fresher
Education: Graduate (Any stream with good communication and basic accounts knowledge)

Job Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with pre-sales activities such as preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their basic requirements
Generate and manage invoices, delivery notes, and other sales-related documents
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
Follow up with clients for payments and maintain invoice tracking
Provide administrative support to the sales and accounts department

**Requirements**:
Any Graduate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Marathi, Hindi.
Basic understanding of invoices and billing processes
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good interpersonal skills and a confident, professional approach
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Willingness to learn and grow within the organization

Preferred Qualities:
Positive attitude and eagerness to work in a dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail
A quick learner with a proactive mindset

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
