**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer engagement and retention.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain comprehensive customer databases and analyze data for actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor customer feedback channels and address inquiries, complaints, and suggestions in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular analysis of customer satisfaction metrics and recommend improvements to enhance overall service quality.
- Provide training and support to staff on CRM tools and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in CRM technology to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective.

**Requriements**:

- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in data management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English.

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
