**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**: Utilize CRM tools to manage and maintain customer information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address customer concerns, inquiries, and issues promptly, working closely with internal departments to provide timely solutions.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation, customer follow-ups, and after-sales services.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of customer-centric strategies.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze CRM data to identify trends, customer preferences, and areas for process improvement.
- **Training**: Provide training to internal teams on CRM best practices and effective customer communication.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
