Experience:
- Total experience: -3 years of experience in sales in automobile industry.
- Minimum experience: -1-2 years of experience inside sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Education: -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Eligibility: -Only Female Applicants Required.
Skillset:
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

Profile Introduction:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the automotive industry. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by effectively communicating with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our range of automotive products and services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the success and expansion of our sales efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote automotive products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and goals.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products and services in the market.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to customers, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
- Provide timely follow-up and support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Automotive knowledge or interest is a plus.
- Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
