**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Generating sales leads.
Managing incoming calls, Exceptional chat support.
Building good relationships with customers.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries for analysis and improvement.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Prolific written communication via mail skills to support customers with ease.
- Efficiently taking note of queries and requests.
- Maintenance of logs for customer interactions, transactions, and comments.
- Provide exceptional chat support to our clients and customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience.
- Protecting brand image and reputation in the market.
- Maintaining positive repos with the customers throughout the conversation.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:
Experience in customer service / chat support.
Strong telephone etiquette.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Working knowledge of computers
Appropriate Typing speed to be able to efficiently manage documentation during/post interaction

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
