**Job Description: Office Administrator, Back Office, and Entry-Level Accountant**

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Office Administration**:

- Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy access and retrieval.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

**Back Office Support**:

- Assist in data entry, record keeping, and maintaining databases.
- Process and organize incoming and outgoing documentation.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.

**Entry-Level Accounting**:

- Record and update financial transactions in accounting software.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and financial records.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports for review by senior management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
