**Job Title: Telecaller Executive - Logistic Coordinator (Kannada Speaking)**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**:

- Conduct outbound calls to customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Promote logistic services and communicate relevant information effectively.
- **Logistic Coordination**:

- Coordinate and schedule logistics activities, including shipments, deliveries, and transportation.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with internal teams and external partners.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
- Update customers on the status of shipments and deliveries.
- **Language Proficiency**:

- Fluent in Kannada with the ability to articulate ideas and information clearly.
- Comfortable communicating in English for internal coordination and documentation.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and logistics activities.
- Input relevant information into the company's database.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find effective solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of logistics coordination and understanding of supply chain processes.
- Fluent in Kannada; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in logistics or customer service will be a plus.

**Salary**: ₹9,248.39 per month
