Payment Followup Executive

**Full job description**
The Payment Follow-Up Tele Executive is responsible for managing and executing follow-up activities related to outstanding payments. This role involves communicating with clients, tracking payment statuses, and ensuring timely resolution of payment issues to support the financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication:
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding outstanding invoices and payment terms.
- Address client queries and resolve issues related to payments in a professional manner.
2. Payment Tracking and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of follow-up activities and payment statuses in the company’s accounting system.
- Generate and review reports on outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
- Escalate unresolved issues or persistent non-payment cases to the Accounts Manager.
3. Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Ensure all follow-up communications are documented and properly filed.
- Update client information and payment records as needed.
- Prepare and maintain reports on follow-up activities and payment collections.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the accounts receivable team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, customer service) to address client concerns and facilitate payment resolution.
