Roles & Responsibilities:
SAP Coordinator usually has good business process knowledge of a company and SAP i.e. Master Data and Transaction Data. They take care of 1st Level support raised by End Users in ongoing transactions and if they can't solve it then forward it to SAP Support team

To ensure smooth running of transaction in SAP for all major Modules i.e. MM, PP,QM,PM,SD,FI,CO.

Prepare MIS for daily pending business transactions e.g. pending PR, PO, SO, Gate entry, GRN, Production Order, etc.

Coordinates with Finance and Procurement teams to oversee daily, weekly and monthly financial transactions,

Monitors team compliance in Procurement and Finance procedures to agreed standards of activity implementation and process quality.

Managing Self and others

Plans and prioritises own work activities, responding to changing requirements to ensure effective delivery of responsibilities over a daily/ weekly time horizon

Assist in the development and implementation of the location's system for managing data and the ongoing training and coaching of associates to meet required needs. Maintain data integrity within plant manufacturing or warehouse.
