We at Unbox Robotics are revolutionizing warehouses and distribution centers by building the world s most compact powerful and flexible mobile robotics systems for the new age of warehousing Our product is the World s 1st of its kind AI-powered parcel sorting robotic system that gets installed 10X faster saves 50 space and improves productivity by more than 3X with 50 fewer robots than that of the competition Founded in 2019 we are backed by marquee investors and angels We are looking to add to our team of thinkers innovators and doers and would love to have you join us at the Pune India office and build the future of on-demand robotics logistics solutions Roles Responsibilities Lead end-to-end hiring across Product Engineering Operations and Business teams Partner with hiring managers and work closely with the leadership team to understand talent needs build hiring strategies and deliver quality hires Proactively source and build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn job boards employee referrals and other channels Manage the complete recruitment process sourcing screening coordinating interviews feedback management and closures Lead offer rollouts salary negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates Drive and manage Internal Job Postings IJP and support internal mobility across teams Own and drive employer branding initiatives across social media hiring campaigns campus events and other platforms Build and manage relationships with external vendors recruitment partners and staffing agencies to strengthen talent pipelines Lead institutional engagement for hiring including partnerships with colleges universities and training institutes for fresher and lateral hiring Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team providing regular guidance feedback and support to help them succeed Track and share hiring metrics and dashboards regularly with the leadership team Take ownership of recruitment policies hiring templates and process improvements to scale talent acquisition efficiently Work closely with the leadership team on workforce planning critical hiring priorities and key decision-making Work directly with founders and senior leadership on critical hiring decisions and talent strategies Requirements Proven experience in offer management salary negotiations and closing candidates Strong sourcing abilities across multiple channels and ability to build future-ready pipelines Experience managing Internal Job Postings IJP institutional engagement and vendor partnerships Team management experience with the ability to guide and develop junior recruiters Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to partner confidently with senior leaders Strong sense of ownership urgency and accountability while maintaining confidentiality Passion for building diverse high-performing teams and delivering an excellent candidate experience Good to Have Experience hiring for robotics AI or hardware engineering roles Hands-on experience with recruitment tools ATS HRMS and reporting dashboards Exposure to campus hiring hackathons and other talent engagement initiatives Eligible Candidates Desired Qualification MBA in HR or equivalent degree Work Experience 5 years of talent acquisition experience preferably in fast-growing product tech startups We Value Constant learner to become a Subject Matter Expert Proven record in start-up environment working with innovations Exposure to a high paced working environment Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time-constrained environment Also to learn more about what is like to be a Unbox employee please read more about current employees and company culture
