This role manages Project Management, Documentation, employee Experience (including Diversity & Inclusiveness, Mobility), Employee engagement (including CSR) etc. to ensure excellent experience to employees (including managers). Incumbent in the role will - Project Management: Focus on right skill right job fitment while ensuring the resource at the right time. Develop Kanban/Jira dashboard to maintain the project details and bring the transparency - Documentation: Institutionalize the culture of Knowledge Management, including related measurable Metrics. - Experience: Operationalize Key Process and Infrastructure related experience to enhance employee experience and satisfaction. - Engagement: Steer events which create a culture of One-team, through strong networking, interaction etc. - Project reporting - Delivery review & management review. - Improve governance and tracking for initiatives to monitor productivity, effectiveness and efficiency through enhanced metrics - Lead and participate in the execution of strategic customer projects as PMO analyst. - Drive relevant strategies to the business teams; understand the business Core responsibility - Drive **Employee Mobility** across teams, in Citi India and Citi franchise for movement ready employees by reporting and partnering with leadership. - Drive a **culture of Diversity** in Hiring for the GDM organization by reporting and partnering with all stakeholders and actively being a part of Diversity and Inclusion related task forces and teams at the site, by showcasing social good stories. - Promote employee volunteer involvement in our CSR and EE activities - ** Own the Headcount Budget** and plan for the site and Monitor and update the same at regular cadence. - ** Collaborate** with Resource Managers to identify new requirements and take the initiative of identifying resources to fill the requirements. - ** Managing requisitions** and demand prioritization thereby the steady flow of requisitions to support the hiring engine by obtaining timely approvals per plan. - ** Plan for the Hiring numbers** from Campus and partners with Onboarding team, HR team and L&D team to make them business ready for deployment in a month. - ** Manage the monitoring** and forecasting of key RMO metrics such as Resource approvals and gap in fulfillment of the same monthly. - Utilize and own existing relevant tools to improve accuracy of forecasts. Drive accuracy and integrity of data in the same. - ** Attrition** forecasting and backfill planning - Maintaining the Employee strength at optimum level within budget for strongly supporting the upcoming business. Controlling the resource inflow 'vis-à-vis' the bench status. Controlling the hiring to meet the quarterly numbers avoiding any excess/deficit. - ** Optimize processes** for project staffing by reducing time needed to identify resource requirements in partnership with relevant teams - Managing the Resource demand for entire Unit and monitor and report Demand and Supply of resource - Resource deployment planning for effective utilization of resources - ** Liaise** between HR, Recruitment and ADL team for the resource availability - Resource Tracker Data Integrity and Updation ownership, including Req. management - ** Metrics reporting** for Hiring - Project metric reporting - ** Referral process** management / oversight in partner with Recruitment team - Internal Mobility Management (including IJP management) - ** Campus hiring** coordination in partnership with Business and Campus team and HR, lead the campus hiring efforts with Premier Campuses. **Tools and Platforms**: - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Kanban **Domain Skills**: - In-depth understanding of Stakeholder servicing & understanding stakeholder touch points - Manage Employee Relations/engagement - Project management, strategic planning, problem-solving and verbal/written presentation skills. - Ability to effectively manage and develop employees. - Liaise and manage for Campus and Lateral talent, - Talent acquisition and deployment experience is a plus - Reporting and partnering and consulting skills with Senior Leadership **Soft Skills**: - Should have Excellent Communication and Inter personal skills - Ability to Coach and Mentor Juniors in other functions - Should understand business & drive client value - Ownership and Accountability: Self and team - Structured & lateral thinking - **Job Family Group**: Project and Program Management - **Job Family**: Project Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
