**About the Role**

We are a wholesale ladies’ ethnic wear company looking for a **hands-on supervisor** to oversee daily operations, ensure staff discipline, and make sure work is done as per job descriptions.
This is not a desk-only role — you will be on the shop floor, at reception, and in accounts areas to check smooth functioning.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and overall discipline.
- Ensure staff follow their assigned job duties (Accounts, Reception, Sales, Packing).
- Handle cross-duty assignments — e.g., if accounts staff need to sit at reception.
- Report any refusal to follow instructions.
- **Operational Checks**:

- Verify order billing accuracy and timely packing.
- Ensure stock records are maintained and updated.
- Monitor customer handling quality (both wholesale buyers & walk-ins).
- **Coordination**:

- Move between 2-3 offices/outlets as required.
- Coordinate with management on daily progress and issues.
- **Disciplinary Action**:

- Give verbal/written warnings as instructed by management.
- Maintain discipline records.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹32,841.86 per month
