**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supply of materials.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and train store staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Assign tasks and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and components.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all materials meet quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and address any inventory-related issues that may impact production.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Promote and enforce safety standards and protocols in the store.
- Conduct regular safety training and inspections.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, usage, and other metrics to management.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost control efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce
- Proven 0 - 3 years of experience in inventory management or store supervision, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
