**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Diagnose & troubleshoot technical issues** (ISP, Telecom, etc.)
- Provide **clear, step-by-step solutions** to customers
- Maintain **accurate records** of customer interactions
- **Collaborate with internal teams** for complex issues
- Ensure **quick and quality responses** (meeting SLAs)
- Offer **multilingual support** (if applicable)

**Requirements**:

- Strong in **technical troubleshooting**:

- Excellent **written English** communication
- High **attention to detail & professionalism**:

- **Bonus**: Proficiency in **Italian, French, German, Japanese, or Spanish**

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per year

Shift:
