We are hiring a **motivated and detail-oriented Air Ticketing Executive** to join our travel and tourism team. If you have a passion for the aviation industry and are looking to grow your career in ticketing operations, this role is for you.

You will handle airline ticket bookings for our tour packages, ensure accuracy in reservations, and deliver excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process airline ticket bookings using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Issue/re-issue tickets, handle cancellations, and process refunds.
- Provide accurate details on schedules, fares, and airline policies.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries and resolve ticketing issues promptly.
- Maintain proper records of all transactions.
- Stay updated on fare rules, ticketing procedures, and travel advisories.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Travel & Tourism degree/diploma preferred.
- IATA certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication & customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
