**Job Title**:BPO Customer Service Representative**

**Location**: Somajiguda, Hyderabad but working in EST time Zone(USA)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist Patients with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently for the offices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Resolve Patient issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Follow up with Patients to ensure their satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BPO environment.
- Excellent communication skills in American English, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
