**Job Summary**

The Tender Executive is responsible for preparing and submitting tenders for solar projects while ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements. The role involves coordinating with various teams, analyzing bid documents, and maintaining updated knowledge of industry standards and government policies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Tender Preparation and Submission**:

- Review tender documents, including RFPs, RFQs, and EoIs, to identify project requirements.
- Prepare and compile tender proposals, including technical and commercial submissions.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete and accurate documentation.
- **Cost Estimation and Budgeting**:

- Coordinate with internal teams for cost estimation, project feasibility, and resource planning.
- Prepare detailed project cost breakdowns, including materials, labor, and logistics.
- Analyze project profitability and risks based on tender specifications.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and legal teams to address technical and contractual requirements.
- Engage with clients for tender clarifications and pre-bid meetings.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with government regulations, industry standards, and tender conditions.
- Maintain and update tender documentation, including licenses, certifications, and agreements.
- Manage bid bonds, performance guarantees, and other financial securities as per tender requirements.
- **Market Research and Updates**:

- Monitor upcoming tenders and opportunities in the solar energy sector.
- Stay updated on government policies, subsidies, and schemes related to solar energy.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to improve bidding strategies.

**Key Qualifications**
- **Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Operations is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 1-5 years of experience in tendering or business development, preferably in the solar industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with tender portals such as GEM, NTPC, SECI, and state energy boards.
- Basic understanding of solar project components and technical specifications.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
