- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment that encourages student participation and interaction.
- **Professional Growth**: Stay updated on modern teaching methodologies, CBSE guidelines, and advancements in Business Studies.
- **Collaborative Activities**: Participate in interdisciplinary projects, school programs, and extracurricular activities.
- **Parental Communication**: Engage with parents during parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and address concerns.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Studies, or related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education).
- **Experience**: Minimum [3] years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level, preferably in CBSE or similar institutions.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and assessment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
