**Job Title**: PGT Economics/Entrepreneurship Teacher

**Location**: Kanha Makhan Group of Schools Mathura

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in Economics and Entrepreneurship as per the prescribed curriculum (CBSE BOARD).
- Teach concepts such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, business economics, and entrepreneurial principles.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies to make learning interactive and enjoyable.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessment tools to evaluate student progress.
- Provide timely feedback to students and offer guidance to support their academic growt
- Prepare students for board exams, internal assessments, and practical work.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, addressing individual student needs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Economics, Entrepreneurship, and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in professional development programs, staff meetings, and extracurricular activities as required.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Economics or a related field (Entrepreneurship background is a plus).
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Economics at the senior secondary level (11th and 12th grade).
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with experiential learning methods, including project-based learning and real-life entrepreneurship challenges.
- Knowledge of current economic trends and the business environment.
- Strong classroom management skills.
