**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver comprehensive lessons in Business Studies, covering topics such as management principles, business environment, entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, and human resource management as per the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare students for board exams through regular assessments, mock tests, and by providing timely feedback and guidance.
- Create an engaging and interactive classroom environment through discussions, case studies, group projects, and presentations.
- Guide students on understanding the latest trends in the business world and their practical implications.
- Provide personalized support to students, helping them clarify doubts and understand complex concepts.
- Stay updated with changes in the Business Studies syllabus, board exam patterns, and global business trends.
- Collaborate with other teachers for interdisciplinary projects and school activities.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and contribute to school initiatives as needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Business Studies, Commerce, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching Business Studies to senior secondary students (Class 11 & 12).
- Strong understanding of the CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum for Business Studies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and educational technology to enhance learning.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in preparing students for board exams with a strong focus on conceptual clarity and academic excellence.
- Familiarity with case-based teaching methods and experiential learning.
- Knowledge of business trends and the ability to integrate current business issues into classroom teaching.
