**ROLE SUMMARY**:
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT and related positions.- Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and translate them into actionable sourcing strategies.Collaborate with internal teams when needed and support India hiring as per business demands.

**MUST HAVE SKILLS**:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment.- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead conversations confidently and professionally.-
- Experience working directly with clients
- Knowledge of US work visas and compliance (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.)
- Proficient in using job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Self-driven with a positive mindset, strong work ethic, and goal orientation.
- Willing to work on Indian requirements as per business need and demand
