About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US recruitment processes, technical job requirements, and sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT positions (Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time) in the US market.
  • Work on end-to-end recruitment from requirement analysis to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants and vendors.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance goals for submittals, interviews, and placements.
  • Stay updated with current market trends, client needs, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 1–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment (bench sales or end-client staffing experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of US employment types (W2, 1099, C2C) and work authorization types (US Citizen, GC, H1B, OPT, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with major job portals and ATS tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willing to work US night shifts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with direct clients or Tier-1 vendors.
  • Familiarity with VMS systems (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator).
  • Basic understanding of US geography and tax terms.
