As a Senior US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding successful hires. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events, referrals). Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the process. Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and reference checks. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to effectively target and attract top talent.
