Position: E-commerce Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

**About the Company**:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, skilled, and dedicated Team to join our us. This position is ideal for individuals with a bachelor’s degree and basic English communication skills, who are eager to assist customers with queries and resolve complaints effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently, addressing product-related queries, concerns, and complaints.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem, offering appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the system.
- Ensure that customer feedback is escalated to the relevant departments for further action, if necessary.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, ensuring that each customer feels valued and heard.
- Stay updated on product information, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate responses.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Bachelor's degree (Any discipline).
- Basic proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Prior experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus but not mandatory.

- Patience and problem-solving ability when handling complaints.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
