**Job Description: E-Commerce Executive**
- Position: Export Sales & Marketing Executive
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Location: Makarba, SG Highway, Ahmedabad
- Department: Sales & Marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Ecommerce Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase online sales.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.

**2. Platform Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, including website management, product listings, and inventory.
- Ensure website functionality, performance, and the user experience are optimized.

**3. Marketing and Promotion**:

- Develop and manage promotional strategies to boost online sales and enhance brand visibility.

**4. Customer Experience**:

- Monitor and improve the online shopping experience, ensuring that customer queries and issues are resolved promptly.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**5. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, such as sales data, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, e-commerce, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce management or a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods or manufacturing sector.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
