About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy E-commerce Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in the fast-growing e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, awareness of market trends, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage e-commerce operations on platforms such as Shopify and Magento.
  • Handle Marketplace Management across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and similar platforms.
  • Upload and optimize product listings for better visibility and conversions.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and provide chat support to customers.
  • Assist in Social Media Optimization (SMO) – including posting and idea generation.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of tasks.

  • Basic knowledge of market trends and the e-commerce ecosystem.
