**Job Description: E-commerce Executive**

**Location**: Ahmedabad, India
**Position**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to enhance traffic, sales, and customer experience on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Manage and optimize product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions to drive profitability.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to guide decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Improve the online shopping experience, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and manage returns.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to align e-commerce efforts with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and platform policies, and stay updated on industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with a strong focus on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction through e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with e-commerce tools, including Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
