**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Upload & Listing**: Add and update products on e-commerce platforms with accurate descriptions, images, and specifications.
- **Content & SEO Optimization**: Write compelling product descriptions with relevant keywords to improve search rankings.
- **Price & Stock Management**: Update pricing, discounts, and stock availability regularly.
- **Order Processing & Coordination**: Assist in processing orders, coordinating with logistics, and ensuring timely delivery.
- **Customer Queries & Support**: Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on e-commerce platforms.
- **Market Research**: Analyze competitors' listings and optimize product positioning.
- **Promotions & Ads**: Assist in running campaigns, deals, and offers on platforms like Amazon Sponsored Ads.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in managing e-commerce product listings.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Experience with **Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, IndiaMART**, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of **Google Sheets/Excel, Tally Prime.**:

- Understanding of **product categorization and e-commerce trends.**:

- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
