**Job Title: Woodworking/Cabinet Making Industry Draftsman**

**Location**: Hosur, Tamil Nadu

**Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 INR per month

**Experience Required**: Minimum 3 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drafting and Design**:

- Develop detailed technical drawings and plans for woodworking and cabinet-making projects using AutoCAD.
- Create 2D and 3D models for project visualization and approval.
- Ensure all designs meet industry standards and client specifications.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and production teams to translate concepts into detailed, accurate drawings.
- Coordinate with project managers and production staff to ensure drawings are feasible and practical.
- **Technical Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including blueprints, material lists, and assembly instructions.
- Update and revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct thorough checks of drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in troubleshooting design-related issues during the production and installation phases.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize **AutoCAD** and other design software like **CABINET VISION, IMOS and PYTHA** to create precise and high-quality drawings.
- Stay updated with the latest software tools and techniques in the drafting and design industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of **3 years** of experience as a draftsman in the woodworking or cabinet-making industry.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** is essential.
- Experience with other design software such as **SketchUp, SolidWorks, CABINET VISION, IMOS and PYTHA **or similar will be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of woodworking materials, techniques, and industry standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Ability to interpret and convert architectural and interior design plans into detailed shop drawings.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
