**Job Title**: Tool Room Engineer (Injection Moulding)

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Tool Design & Maintenance:
a. Supervise the design, development, and maintenance of moulds and tooling for injection moulding.

b. Ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance of tools to minimize downtime.

b. Process Optimization:
a. Monitor mould performance and make necessary adjustments to improve production efficiency.

b. Suggest improvements in mould design for quality and cost optimization.

c. Equipment Handling:
a. Operate and oversee the use of CNC, EDM, lathe, and other tool room equipment.

b. Maintain all tool room machinery in good condition.

d. Troubleshooting:
a. Address any issues with tooling or moulds during the injection moulding process.

b. Provide technical support to the production team for smooth operations.

e. Documentation & Reporting:
a. Maintain detailed records of mould history, maintenance schedules, and repair logs.

b. Report tool room activities and updates to senior management.

**Required Skills**:

- Expertise in tool room operations and injection moulding processes.
- Strong knowledge of different materials used in plastic injection moulding.
- Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software for designing and modifying moulds.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Making.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tool room operations, preferably in the plastic injection moulding industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
