**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the sourcing and procurement activities for our watches division, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and components.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to optimize pricing and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting market research and supplier assessments.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sourcing function, implementing best practices and streamlining processes.
- Stay updated with industry developments and technological advancements, ensuring our sourcing strategies remain competitive and aligned with business objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sourcing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably within the watches or luxury goods industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a track record of achieving cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in using sourcing tools and software, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
