Titan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Executive to join our team in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India. As a leading company in the Watches & Wearables industry, we are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about maintaining and improving our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the maintenance of all equipment and machinery in the production facility
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal functioning of all equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical, electrical, or technical issues that may arise
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure mínimal disruption to production schedules during maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any major issues to senior management
- Train and supervise maintenance staff to ensure they are following safety protocols and performing their duties effectively
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements of equipment
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment and ensure timely procurement when needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, at all times

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and technical systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on call for emergency maintenance situations

**Work Experience**

Relevant Experience - 4 to 6 years_Diploma in Mechanical engineering
- Troubleshooting skills on Horological Machineries-Automatic laths, Gear hobbing, Sub assembly machines, Presses, CNC machines, Transfer machines & Tool toom machines
- AutoCAD/3D modelling
- Hydraulics & Pneumatics
- TPM concepts, IIOT,5S, MS office
- ISO9001, OHSAS ISO 45001
- High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and employees
- Ability to manage time and prioritise effectively
- Good interpersonal and Communication skill
