**Role Specifics - Day in the Life**
- Assists recruitment team with screening and initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest levels
- Manage job postings on different job boards and social media platforms
- Coordination with recruiters, interviewers and other internal stakeholders during recruitment drives
- Maintain and share hiring reports based on the requirement
- Ensuring all documentation is closed for Offer and Joining Stage, and hence Pre-On-Boarding
- Coordinating with Marketing and Social Media Team for Employer Branding Plan Execution

**Must have skills**:

- **
Education**: Masters in Human Resource Management (Full-Time)
- ** Experience**: 6 months to 1 yr in TA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS PowerPoint / Google Slides
- ** Should align with our Core Cultural Aspects like **Hustle, Ownership, Hunger to learn and self improve and Show respect
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage as you support one of the fastest growing departments in the company
- High energy, passion, and drive, with a strong positive outlook

**Good to Have Skills**:

- Application Tracking System - FreshTeams / Workday / BrassRing / CornerStone / TurboHire
- Preferable to have analytical abilities and past experience to preparing Weekly Dashboard on Hiring standpoint
