This position can be located near one of our AS locations such as California, Florida, Utah or be fully virtual/remote with the ability to travel to the office per business needs and support hiring events (~10-15% domestic travel).
Job Duties:
- Manage full life cycle recruitment
- Act as a business partner by advising hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and collaborates with others throughout the organization to ensure a smooth process and meeting required business objectives.
- Ensure a diverse pipeline for open positions: engage and build relationships with diverse organizations and attend and recruit at diversity conferences.
- Possess the business acumen to influence key stakeholders, develop trusting relationships and effects business outcomes.
- Leverage other functional areas as well as utilize data and market intelligence when advising the business and executing staffing strategies.
- Understand and adheres to compliance, diversity and talent acquisition processes.

- This requisition may be filled at either a Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner (level 3) or a Senior Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner (level 4) based on the qualifications listed below._
Basic Qualifications for Principal Talent Acquisition Business Partner:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience or a High School Diploma plus at least an additional 4 years full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Successful demonstration of full-life cycle staffing experience; including experience sourcing, identifying and attracting top talent.
- Active in the Social Digital and recruitment arena.
- Ability to define and implement research and sourcing strategies for critical positions.
- Technical industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills, target companies and user groups.
- Able and open to domestic travel to assist with events, and in support of the business (up to 10-15%)
- Proficient with Workday (Recruiting functions)

- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience or a High School Diploma plus at least an additional 4 years full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Successful demonstration of full-life cycle staffing experience; including experience sourcing, identifying and attracting top talent.
- Active in the Social Digital and recruitment arena.

Please note: Salary ranges vary depending on geographic location of position being offered (Florida, California, Utah and/or Virtual/Remote rates very vastly) and levels.
Salary Range: $72,400.00 - $125,800.00Salary Range 2: $89,800.00 - $155,900.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
