**What is my potential for career growth?**
You will be the first Recruiter for all of our open roles and offices in Serbia. This role has the potential to recruit for a wide variety of organizations across the company and coordinate all recruitment efforts country-wide. This role can lead to promotion into a Senior Recruiter and eventually Recruiting Manager role, with the potential to hire and build a team of talent acquisition professionals under your leadership as our operation in Serbia continues to grow.
**What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days?**
In the first 30 days you will establish relationships with your hiring managers and other relevant cross-functional stakeholders, learning their recruiting needs, and begin recruitment for business-critical roles in tandem with your manager. After 60 days you will be taking on additional roles for additional teams, as well as beginning to recruit for your roles with less manager involvement. After 90 days you should have all the tools you need to write and post job descriptions, find and interview top talent, send offer letters and negotiate terms of employment, and execute all other functions of the full life cycle of the recruitment process.
**What is the team like?**
You will work with the General Manager and Human Resources Director of our Serbia offices and be supervised by a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. You will also be mentored by the VP of Talent Acquisition and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
