- Assisting in documenting and mapping existing processes.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather process-related data.
- Analyzing data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Assisting in designing and implementing new processes.
- Monitoring process performance and suggesting adjustments as needed.
- Providing training and support to team members on new processes.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on with Google sheets and MS Excel.
- Google App Script would be plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with data.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and systems.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,688.32 per month
