**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations between teams/departments
- Track project timelines and deliverables
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
- Maintain documentation and reports
- Ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Support process audits and quality checks
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in operations or coordination role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
