Are you a results-driven marketer with a proven track record in driving revenue through data-driven strategies? AdMagic is looking for an experienced **Performance Marketer** to join our dynamic team and help Shopify store owners achieve their revenue goals Google Ads expertise is a plus, but not mandatory.

**Location**: Surat, Gujarat

**Role**: Full-Time

**Salary**: 25k and based on experience

**What You’ll Do**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms (Google Ads optional).
- Analyze campaign performance to maximize ROAS, CTR, and revenue for Shopify stores.
- Collaborate with Media Buyers, Client Coordinators, and Project Managers to deliver exceptional results.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement advanced strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Mentor junior team members and share insights to improve team performance.

**We’re Looking For**:

- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Proven expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics (Google Ads is optional but a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for driving sales.
- Experience managing high-budget campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

**Role Task SheetPerformance Marketer - Key Responsibilities**

**Skills Required**:

- Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads (optional), Google Sheets, Notion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

- New City Light Town, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
